  • TRAVEL INSURANCE

    According to the Law on the Provision of Tourism Services, we are obliged to offer a travel insurance package.
  • PRICES FOR TRAVEL INSURANCE PACKAGE:
    1. Health insurance
    EUR 10,00 / total for 4 days
    Sum insured: EUR 25.000,00
    *Valid within Croatian borders
    2. Travel cancellation insurance (valid only for participants who book accommodation)
    1,8% of the total amount, min EUR 8,00

    Please, read carefully the terms of Cancellation insurance policy
    1. The Insurer shall pay 90% of the amount charged to the Insured by the travel agency in accordance with the provisions concerning cancellation which are contained in the terms and conditions of the travel agreement.
    2. The Insurer shall indemnify the costs of travel cancellation if the trip in question has been cancelled because of any of the following events affecting the Insured him/herself or any risk person:
    a) death
    b) sudden acute illness which requires an urgent medical care;
    c) accident involving a severe bodily injury;
    d) pregnancy disorders;
    e) intolerance of vaccination which the Insured was obliged to take according to valid legal regulations of the country of destination;
    f) losses of and/or damages to property caused by fire, natural disaster or deliberate criminal act of a third party;
    g) military exercise.
    3. Risk persons within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions are:
    - spouse or co-resident common-law spouse,
    - children,
    - parents,
    - siblings,
    - grandparents of the Insured or of the Insured’s spouse or co-resident common-law spouse only in the case of occurrence of the event of death.
  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    Once we receive your registration, your participation will be confirmed by an automatic reply.
    The Agency will contact you within two working days with further information.

    All cancellations or changes should be sent in writing to the Agency.

    PAYMENT
    ProConventa Agency will send you a pre-invoice with due date of ten days. Once you have paid the invoice the reservation will be fully booked.

    CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE REGISTRATION
    All the cancellations and changes must be sent to ProConventa in written form. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
    Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
    100% refund (minus an administrative fee of EUR75,00) – in case of cancellation received before 01 May 2019
    50% refund (minus an administrative fee of EUR 75,00) – in case of cancellation received between 02 May and 15 Aug 2019
    No refund – in case of cancellation, received after 16 Aug 2019

    *In case of transfering registration fee to another person, administrative fee of EUR 50,00 will be charged
