Course cost is $203.40 (HST Included) for EMT payments. Your order total will be shown at the bottom of this form, and in your confirmation email.

Indicate your course date in the EMT notes and also indicate the student name if the Email Money Transfer will be arriving under a different name.

If we can not determine who a specific transfer is for, we will not accept it and your registration will not be completed.

Once we go over your registration, you will recieve an invoice via email or SMS which will contain a link to a secure online credit card payment form. Once paid, that same link will display your receipt.

Your registration is only confirmed once this form is completed and payment has been recieved in full.
Course dates may need to change if course registration is too low. Notification of changes, if any, will be by the registration close date.
