10 Day Return Policy
We promise to uphold our policy 100%. This form is required to be filled out for all returns to Bella Mera Bridal. Returns are not processed on email or text, we will refer you back to this form.

If 10 days has passed since delivery; sorry a return will not be accepted. All Jewelry is final sale.

We do not offer exchanges. A new order has to be placed for any new merchandise with the current shipping times with current offers, past coupons do not carryover to a new order.

    Your event has to be at least 3 business days before you request a return or we will not take the return. We will ask your item be postmarked that next day of your request, as we don't take return requests after your event date. [For example, if your event is on a Saturday and you request a return on Thursday or Friday, we will not accept the return, as you would be returning after your event date]

    This form is not for Bill Levkoff Dresses, Dessy, After Six or Bridesmaids that were custom ordered over 8 weeks for delivery or any dress/wedding veil that has been altered/worn. Jewelry, Bridesmaids, Flower Girls are non-returnable.

    Free Shipping Deduction can range from $13 to $20, depending on the service we used. Any shipping you pre-paid is non-refundable and your responsible for return shipping.
