We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your treatment time to fill out a health form. If you will require use of our shower and change facilities please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. Regarding treatments in your sanctuary, we kindly ask that you be in your sanctuary no later than 15 minutes prior to the set appointment time. Please know that there is a surcharge of US 30 for treatments booked at Anse Chastanet’s cottage spa, Kai Mer.

Service Charge and Cancellation Terms
All our prices are subject to a 10% service charge. If you wish to change your treatment time or actually cancel your spa appointment we will require at least 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Group bookings or multiple spa bookings of 2 or more treatments require 48 hours notice to avoid a 50 % cancellation fee. No shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee based on cost of treatment which was pre booked.
