The Resident Request Center is an online service that allows Town residents and businesses to request a service or notify Town officials of potential problems, concerns, or areas of improvement.

The following do have user fees based on costs to provide the service.

Special Pick-Ups:
The Town completes the weekly collection of special pick-ups on Friday. Property owners can arrange special pick-up by the end of the business day on Thursday to have it picked up on Friday. The base charge for a Special Pick-Up is $100 which covers 15 minutes of collection time. If the collection takes longer than 15 minutes, residents will be charged an additional $2.50 per minute after that time. Bulk items, such as furniture, carpeting (bundled and cut into 4-foot lengths), appliances etc. that will not fit in the refuse cart, are items accepted as Special Pick-Up. No more than four (4) bundles per collection. Please place the items on the roadside of the ditch. You will receive an invoice in the mail for the service, which can be paid via cash, check or online.

Brush Collection:
The Town will be collecting brush from May 10th-October 15th, 2024. Town residents are charged $145 for the first half-hour of collection. If the collection takes longer than 15 minutes to complete, residents will be charged an additional $2.50 per minute. Please place the brush on the roadside of the ditch, with the cut ends toward the road. Brush collection guidance: The maximum amount of brush collected per household is pile no larger than 100’L x 6’H x 5’W, with a limb diameter no greater than 6”. This amount can be collected all at once or broken down into smaller piles throughout the year You will receive an invoice in the mail for the service, which can be paid via cash, check or online.
