RGA - Return Request Form
All returns require an RGA number ( Returns Goods Authorization ) clearly labeled on the outside of the package. Returns can only be opened in our system within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to you. After this time our system will not allow an RGA number to be generated.

This form is only for returns that are within the 30 delivery day time frame. After 30 days from delivery the return window closes.

*** Warranties are different and you should follow the manufacturer instructions that came with your product. DO NOT SUBMIT HERE!

  • Used is defined as any condition other than the way the product was delivered to you. If item was tested or placed into service even for a moment it is used. All products are verified by two people to assure that used products are never shipped out as new.

    Certain items are not returnable including pondliner, foods, water treatments, light bulbs and uv lamps, books, videos and cut items such as tubing and filter media.

    *All products are inspected thoroughly upon receipt. All returned products are photographed and documented into our system to ensure the highest quality standards and to ensure that only brand new non tested items are put back into inventory.
