  • **Only include your middle name if you would like it to appear in the yearbook.

If you use a quote in your write up, please be sure to put it in quotations and credit the author. For example: "Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning."
    - Albert Einstein

It is important to note that once completed grad pages are submitted to the publisher the content cannot be changed, so be sure to choose your words carefully. For example, if you've included your current boyfriend or girlfriend's name in your grad write up and you break up next month you will not be able to make changes to the write up that was submitted.
  • Please enter a valid email address that we can use to contact you for verification, or in case we have any questions regarding your write-up.
  • READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY:

    • Pridhams and/or Unique Images probably gave you approximately 6 grad proofs for you to choose from, but they will each send only ONE of those photos to the Yearbook Committee.

    • If you had your grad photo taken by both Pridhams and Unique Images, they will EACH send ONE photo/pose to be used in the yearbook (even if you don't place an order with them).

    • If you do place an order, they will send the Yearbook Committee a copy of the photo/pose that you ordered (it will be retouched before they send it to us).

    • If you had your photo taken but do NOT place an order, they will still send us a copy of your grad photo (NOT retouched).

    • That means that if you had your picture taken by BOTH companies we will automatically receive TWO different pictures of you. It is your responsibility to indicate whether you would like the Pridhams photo or the Unique Images photo to be used in the yearbook.

    • If you are in doubt of which pose will be sent to us, please contact the photographer directly to request a specific pose (you can do this even if you don't want to place an order with them).

    • If you have had your grad photo taken by someone other than Unique Images or Pridhams we can only include it in the yearbook if you either have the photographer email it directly to Mrs. Cameron (camerond@ccrsb.ca), or if you purchase the copyright (the copyright release must be presented to Mrs. Cameron). Purchasing the copyright to the photos is often included in a studio’s most expensive package, so please look into this carefully before deciding on a photographer.
