Angler’s Choice will act as my agent for the sale of my boat. Angler’s Choice will provide prospective buyers with detailed information about my boat, financing sources and extended warranty options. I will be contacted with any reasonable offers and I have the option of accepting, refusing or countering the offer.
FEES: There are no monthly fees for listing the boat. Any amount received by Angler’s Choice at time of sale over the amount the boat’s owner lists as what he/she will accept in pocket will be retained by Angler’s Choice unless the owner agrees to take a lesser amount.
I will provide Angler’s Choice with the titles and/or registrations for boat and trailer at time of sale. If there is a lien on the boat and trailer, Angler’s Choice will pay off the lien with proceeds from the sale (I will be responsible for the difference if any). Titles will be mailed directly to Angler’s Choice when lien is paid. My portion of proceeds will be mailed to me within 10 days after the funds and titles are received.
I agree to have my unit inspected to Angler’s Choice’s specifications at time of sale and I will be responsible for any repairs needed to make the unit marketable. I give Angler’s Choice permission to lake test my boat with prospective buyer.
I will maintain insurance on my rig until it is sold.
ON-SITE BOATS: If the boat is stored on Angler’s Choice’s lot, the boat will be kept inside a fenced area. Angler’s Choice is not responsible for any damages or property loss due to theft. If a cover is not provided, the boat will not be kept covered. Angler’s Choice will accept boats under this contract on site only between March 1st and August 15th. I understand that my boat must be picked up by October 31st of this year. Angler’s Choice will not keep nor be responsible for any consignment boat left on their lot between October 15th and March 15th. $50 per week storage fee if not picked up on time.
