2018 VVWF Exhibitor/Participant Application
On behalf of Four Eight Wineworks and the non-profit organization, The Clarkdale Foundation, we are honored to extend an exclusive invitation for you to participate in the 3rd annual Verde Valley Wine Festival (VVWF). In its third year, the festival plans to set a high standard of excellence in the Verde Valley for wine, food and fun! The event puts an emphasis on showcasing Arizona wineries, breweries, Clarkdale artists, local restaurants and the progressive culinary movement in Northern and Central Arizona.

EVENT TIMES: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM for General Public Admission & Limited VIP
Artists, museums and local businesses are strongly encouraged to have original, interesting and artistic presentation at the Verde Valley Wine Festival. Decorative decor and other creative displays add to the event atmosphere. This is an opportunity to bring your best, and truly market your business to an eager audience from the Verde Valley and beyond.
General Admission is $35.00/person. VIP Tickets $125 - $190/person

• Participation in the Verde Valley Wine Festival 2018 includes a vendor space and a 10x10 tent.
• A broad PR program, with good visibility of participating chefs and restaurants in print, radio and social media prior to the event. Media partners include Verde Independent, Kudos, Red Rock News, Yavapai Broadcasting, and KNAU.
• Print media provided to restaurants, art galleries, wine tasting rooms and concierge services in hotels throughout the Verde Valley (posters, rack cards)

Check-In & Load In
Check-In is from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Please note that ALL vendors must be completely set up and ready by 10:45 AM on the day of the event. A welcome packet with additional details, check-in location, and maps will be emailed to every vendor one week prior to the event.

This raffle is a major fundraising component of the event. We would greatly appreciate your consideration in donating an item or gift card to this year's event.

Important Event Info - Procedures & Policies
Please read and check the boxes as to your acceptance of the below event policies:
Verde Valley Wine Festival 2018
All vendors are responsible for leaving their area clean. Trash and litter must be picked up and properly disposed of.
Failure to do so will prevent future participation as a vendor in events sponsored by VVWF/Made In Clarkdale. Vendors are responsible for the trash in and around their area of operation whether they caused or not.
I must arrive onsite and be prepared at my booth by 10:45 AM the day of the event. I understand that the load in location will close at 10:30 AM – no additional load in or out will be permitted after that time.
I agree to respect the physical footprint of my assigned space at VVWF 2018.
Vendors are expected to run their operations in a safe and prudent manner.
Vendor may not violate any state law or Town ordinance, including but not limited to disorderly conduct, criminal damage, destruction of property, vandalism and applicable animal control regulations.
Vehicles are prohibited on any portion of the event venue.
Tents and similar structures must be weighted down.
I understand that I must occupy my assigned space during the total working hours of the event.
INDEMNITY: The APPLICANT agrees that VVWF and THE CLARKDALE FOUNDATION shall not at any time during the term of this agreement be responsible or in any way accountable, for any loss, injury, death or damage to persons or property from any cause or causes whatsoever which at any time may be by APPLICANT, or any other person while occupying and/or using APPLICANT property, and the APPLICANT agrees to hold the APPLICANT harmless for any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever arising out of any such loss, injury, death or damage.
The APPLICANT indemnifies, defends and holds harmless the VVWF and THE CLARKDALE FOUNDATION and its board members and agents from and against any and all liabilities, judgments, settlements, losses, costs or charges (including attorney’s fees) incurred by the VVWF and THE CLARKDALE FOUNDATION and/or any of its board members and agents as a result of any claim, demand, action, or suit relating to any bodily injury (including death), loss of property, damage caused by, arising out of, related to, or associated with this agreement.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The laws of the State of Arizona shall govern the construction, performance and enforcement of this Agreement. Venue for any action arising out of the provisions of this Agreement shall be Yavapai County, Arizona.
If a dispute arises out of or relates to this Agreement, or breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to settle the dispute through mediation before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure. In the event that the parties cannot agree upon the selection of a mediator within ten (10) days, either party may request the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of Yavapai County to assign a mediator from a list of experienced mediators.
I hereby state that the information and answers I have provided are true and complete. By signing below I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all terms set forth for having a vendor/information booth in the Town of Clarkdale. Violation of these terms shall nullify this permit.
