FORM 2B: Final MS Submission (Launch)
This is an exciting moment. Your final manuscript! Congratulations on your hard work. Here's what we need...

* Manuscripts should be completely edited and proofread.
* Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format with no comments or track changes (a "clean" manuscript)
* No content changes are allowed from this point.
* Manuscript must include the foreword, dedication, acknowledgments, footnotes, disclosures, etc.
* Graphics should either be in the manuscript or indicated by a placeholder with a reference to graphics files.
* Graphic files can also be in a separate folder and emailed to your author liaison.

  • * If your manuscript is over 10 MB in size email it directly to your author liaison.
    * Make sure to review final manuscript requirements before submitting.
    * Manuscript submissions must be in Microsoft Word format. Use this button to upload your final manuscript.
    * You can also send all graphics files in a separate email to your author liaison.
  • We normally publish our books in a 6" X 9" format. However, there are other sizes available on Amazon. Please choose one of the options above.
  • * The cover of your book will be in full color
    * It is standard to make the interior of the print version in grayscale (black and white).
    * Color printing of the print version is available but costs increase over 400% for printing.
    * The Ebook will be in color at no extra cost.

    * You also have the option of choosing your own fonts and sending them to us for your book.
  • We are able to design any book, but the more complex the interior is, the longer the timeline. The timeline is also determined by the response time of the author to questions from the team.

    * Straightforward: 5-6 weeks design time
    * Normal: 6-9 weeks design time
    * Complex 10+ weeks design time
  • Amazon offers two page colors--cream and white. Choose one.
  • * As a courtesy, BSP offers a complimentary "spot check" of your manuscript to evaluate the quality of editing. We will send you the results of that spot check before moving forward with your book.

    * You can decline the spot check and we will send your book straight to the book designer. In that case we will proofread only for any mistakes made in formatting. We will not proofread for grammar, punctuation spelling errors, etc.
  • Your final manuscript submission is not complete without the images. The editing process will not start until the high-resolution are sent to your author liaison.
