Once we receive your registration, your participation will be confirmed by an automatic reply.
The Agency will contact you within two working days with further information.

All cancellations or changes should be sent in writing to the Agency.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE REGISTRATION
All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Diamond Congress Ltd. in written form. All refunds will be processed after the conference. If your cancellation is approved by the local organisers, the financial part will be arranged by ProConventa later according to our instructions. In case of cancellation, it is reccommended to copy your mail to Iva Šimić, too, in order to avoid misunderstanding.
Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 200 Euro) – in case of cancellation received before 1 May 2025
50% refund – in case of cancellation received before 31 May 2025
No refund – in case of cancellation, received after 1 June 2025
