I hereby submit my application to become a member of the Krewe of Dionysus / Dionysus Lady Auxiliary, if accepted, I understand and agree to abide by the City of Slidell Parade Ordinance, Krewe rules, regulations and by-Laws as formulated by the board of directors. I further understand that the Annual Dues are due upon acceptance to the Krewe and are not refundable, and valid for the permitted parade date given by the City of Slidell for that Dues Period. If for some reason beyond the control of the Krewe of Dionysus the parade date is canceled or rescheduled, your dues will not be carried forward. A Krewe member, Dionysus Ladies Auxiliary member, or a student rider can partition the Board of the Krewe of Dionysus under hardship or special circumstance (example- Out of state travel arrangements) to have his dues carried forward, the Board will review each request and vote on each as an individual issue.
