When purchasing promotional (Ex: "Buy One Get One Free") flights through Norwegian Cruise Line’s Free at Sea Air offer, I understand the following:

1. This promotion is completely controlled by Norwegian Cruise Line’s air department and subject to their terms and conditions- which can change without notice and may be found on ncl.com.

2. You are not guaranteed to be on the same flight as other guests in your travel party that are not sharing a cabin with you – even your cabin mates could be on a different flight.

3. You are not guaranteed an arrival time or departure time- you could arrive anytime between 12am and 11:59pm on the day you are scheduled to arrive. They will assign schedules that should allow you to make the ship on time for your departure.

4. Once flights are paid in full at final payment they are set to be assigned by NCL and nonrefundable. Once assigned, they are ticketed without prior approval and no changes are allowed. It is a "what you get is what you get" situation.

5. You are not guaranteed to be on a major carrier. Charter flights or commuter services can be substituted without prior notice or approval.

6. You are not guaranteed any route, airline, fare class, baggage allowances, or other factors that can vary by airline policy.

7. You can have multiple connections with varying connection times. Overnight flights are a possibility. Layovers over 4 hours are a possibility. Multiple layovers are also a possibility.

8. You are not guaranteed a seat assignment prior to check in for the flight. Many routes and contract fares do not offer advance seat assignments. This means you are not guaranteed to sit together on the plane.

9. Your flights can be assigned anytime between 75 and 3 days of sailing. Once assigned, your flights are unchangeable and remain nonrefundable. You are buying economy class tickets and are not guaranteed a fare that has a possibility of an upgrade.

10. When adding an air deviation, you are responsible for your own transportation and hotel arrangements. You could arrive anytime between 12am and 11:59pm on the day you are scheduled to arrive.

11. If flying into a city with multiple airports nearby, you are not guaranteed a specific airport. (Example: You could fly in/out of FLL or MIA in Florida, or in/out of Southampton, Gatwick, or Heathrow in London.) This is a possibility anywhere where multiple airports exist.

12. Air deviations can only be added for a maximum of 2 nights on either end of the cruise. They will result in an air credit of $25, however, they can also result in an increase in airfare costs.

13. Airport transfers are an additional cost and can vary based on the assigned airport when multiple airports are options.

14. Your flight could be a red-eye flight, depending on the route and available flights.

15. You are not guaranteed to fly out the day your cruise disembarks. If forced to overnight, expenses will be paid by you and not by NCL.

16. If there are problems that arise with your air, I will be unable to assist you. NCL’s air department is the agent on record with the airlines and will be the ONLY available resource for you in case of any emergencies or problems with your flights. The airlines will not work with your Cruise Planner agent, and NCL will be solely responsible for assisting you in this matter. It is strongly recommended that you take a travel insurance policy.
