  • BOOTH SIZES AND PRICES

    10’ x 10’ Booth: $595 10’ x 10’ Corner Booth: $695

    • For 500 or more sq ft, please call for pricing, sizes and locations.
    • Artists and non-profit organization rates are available for inline booths.

    Booth price includes: 8’ back drape, 3’ side drape, ID sign, listing in event program, listing and link on SheCola.com, vendor badges, and an option to purchase additional discounted tickets.

    A 50% deposit on the exhibit space rental fee must be submitted with this application and the balance must be paid by 3/6/14

    Booth price DOES NOT include: carpet, electricity, tables, or chairs. These will be available for an additional charge or you can bring your own. Electricity can be purchased from the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. An electricity order form will be sent to you by event management

    (Management will decide placement based on space availability and date application is received; however, every effort will be made to give you your preferred location.)

    Due to limited parking in the Downtown Columbia area we have arranged for our vendors to have access to discounted parking in the Park Street Garage across the street from the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.

    IMPORTANT - Vendor parking is not permitted in the CMCC Parking Lot.
  • Please indicate how many discounted parking passes you would like to purchase. You are authorizing JBM & Associates to charge your credit card for the total dollar amount of passes requested. No refunds will be granted.
