This is a tentative evaluation request form for prospective transfer students athletes. Students must submit official transcripts from all colleges attended before any of the transfer credits can be officially accepted and applied to a Morgan State University degreeworks plan. Only courses with a grade of C or better may be applied towards the major or minor areas. This form may only be used by approved staff at Morgan State University. Form is NOT FOR STUDENT USE.
