Construction & Sustainability Registration Form
• All courses are subject to obtain a minimum enrollment of participants (quorum). Once this quorum is reached you will receive an Official Confirmation from the CPET Personnel.
• Sending this Registration Form is an official commitment with the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico that you will participate if this quorum is reached.
• Cancellations should be made by the participant via email or fax on or before ten (10) labor days from the date of the selected educational activity. A 35% of the course will be charged to the credit card if the cancelation date is not made within the period described here.
• All money refunds will be made by check. A $50 service charge will apply to all money refund transactions.
•To obtain the Participation Certificate the participant must attend 80% or more of the programmed contact hours.

    Active PUPR Undergraduate Students - Special Cost when apply
    PUPR Faculty and Active PUPR Graduate Students - 45%
    PUPR Alumni / Egresados - 20% (Discount only for members of our Alumni Association for registrations received from January 2024)
    CIAPR, CAAPPR and Other Professional Organizations & Corporate Discount- 10%


    Note: Corporate Discounts is for a group of participants from one organization that participate on the same educational activity.
  • If you select a discount for active students (graduate or udergraduate) or Alumni, indicate the PUPR Student Number to ease the identification process.
  • For Corporate Checks provide evidence that the P.O. has been proceced. For Personal Checks provide envidence of check number, bank, etc. All checks will be made to Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico or Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. ON THE ENVELOPE please send it to:

    For Money Orders & Postal Checks provide evidence of the Money Order/Postal Check used, including tracking/identification number.

    On-Line Payments: We will be receiving payments using Paypal. This will allow you to make the payment transanction using this payment method, or using your credit card throught the Paypal processing platform
