Weatherization Program Application.
Before beginning the Weatherization application process, please have photos/digital copies of the following documents ready to upload in order to submit the application:

- 2024 Social Security benefit statement showing current monthly benefit amount for each household member receiving Social Security, SSDI, or SSI
- 2024 benefit letter showing current monthly benefit amount for each household member receiving VA benefits, retirement, pension, etc.
- Pay stubs for the previous month for each household member who has employment – 2 pay stubs if paid bi-weekly/4 pay stubs if paid weekly
- Please do not upload bank statements, copies of checks, tax returns, W2’s, 1099’s, etc. as we are unable to accept these documents
- Current electric bill & gas bill if applicable – please be sure to include a clear view of the entire bill, & no termination notice
- Proof of ownership in the applicant’s name – examples include mobile home title, deed, mortgage statement, property record card from county tax assessor website, etc.
