Each child to be baptized must have at least one godparent. The godparent must be at least 16 years of age and have fulfilled all three sacraments of initiation - Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist. Baptismal certificates of the godparents MUST BE SENT TO ST. MICHAEL PRIOR TO BAPTISM. At least one godparent must be present. Parent Preparation:

It is necessary for parents to attend a preparation session prior to the scheduled Baptism. Preparation classes will be provided by St. Micheal. Classes take place every month on the Tuesday prior to the Baptism weekend from 6:00-7:00 PM.

Baptismal Dates:
The Rite of Baptism is held monthly except during Lent. The celebrations take place after mass and alternate between Saturday and Sunday each month. Once a quarter, Baptisms will be celebrated during a weekend mass.
