All Events require a $100 Incidental Deposit & $50 cleaning fee
$100 deposit will be refunded 48 hours after event with no damages, party trash is removed & event ends on time w/no incidents.
Events with bar require fee $125 for bartender & supplies

PAYMENT DETAILS
We do not accept personal checks.
Final Payment must be made at least 7 days before your event date.
Failure to pay will result in event cancellation and all payments will be forfeited. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
Custom Floorplans must also be received along with the final payment @ least 7 days before event space rental.
Retainer Payments may be sent via Zelle (708-953-0140) Type Venue/Location & Date in Memo)
All other fees, including event security and incidental deposits will be factored into the payment agreement.

WHATS NEXT?
We will follow up with a phone consultation to confirm request and pricing. A $250 non-refundable retainer will then be required, along with a signed service agreement regarding service and facility rules. Subsequnt payments will be split up.
