Tracy French and her team will take care of everything for you from travel arrangments, site selections, floral decor, and design, to the planning of activities for friends and family. Complete planning involves every aspect of your wedding, from setting the style and tone to selecting the destination, researching locations, contacting vendors, checking contracts, and coordinating the day itself. Your consultant will work within a set and reasonable budget dealing with all vendors to help ensure a smooth and beautiful day. We will negotiate your wedding group room block and work with your guests to book their stay to attend your destination wedding. We will arrive at the destination in advance to make sure all is prepared and ready for your special day allowing you to make the most of your destination event.
