Overnight basic care - Check in is 3-5pm. Check out is 9-11am. If dog stays past check out time, then daycare charge or day boarding is applicable. Dog will be in daycare during the week during boarding stay.

All boarding bookings require a minimum 50% deposit or pre-paid in full. Any cancellations less than 48 hours do not get a refund. Cancellations provided with proper notice are subject to a $50 non-refundable fee. That fee can be applied towards another boarding booking within 12 months.

Please connect with us for the TIME. Please note that the times frames are not flexible at this time. Staff schedules include dog walking, bathing etc. so they are not available to tend to the front counter. If you miss you time frame, you could be billed an additional charge.

Morning 9-10am check out time is the standard check out time. Please note - we need this information to have your dog ready to go home. We also have strict limits on the number of dogs we have in our care. This allows us to provide the quality of care we offer.

I understand and agree to the following:

1) The pick up and drop off times are as stated unless previously arranged in writing with us.
2) Afternoon pick up could result in an additional charge
3) Shortening the stay, without at least 2 business days notice, does not result in a reduction in charges. You are booking your dog's spot for the term you have booked. We limit the number of spaces available and so this is reserved for your dog. You will be responsible for the entire term you have booked.
4) You authorize us to seek veterinary care for your dog and agree to be responsible for any costs involved.
5)We reserve the right to trim nails as needed during their stay. Nail care is $20 and will be added to your invoice.
6) Boarding can be stressful for dogs and while we do our best to make them happy and comfortable, stress can lead to loose stools, excessive barking (losing their voice), chewing ( please be sure to approved stuffed kongs etc as chewing is the #1 reliever of stress), escape attempts and so on. While we believe that our program is designed to reduce stress , the reality is that some dogs don't cope as well as others.
7) There may be periods where your dog is kennelled and left alone in the facility due to staffing schedules, staff tending to other dogs and possibly other scenarios.
8) Peak periods may require a minimum stay requirement.
