You can send us your flight information by filling out the following form. Please do not forward flight confirmations or email screenshots of your flight information. This is the format the transportation company requires. They require this information at least 60 days prior to your arrival in order to confirm your round-trip airport transportation.

If your flight number changes (not time change) after submitting this form, please submit a new form as soon as possible to prevent transportation delays upon arrival. **IMPORTANT** If you are traveling within 20 days, you also need to email info@experienceluxetravel.com to alert us of the flight change to ensure the change is received by the transfer company.
