Travel Documentation: It is the traveler's responsibility to have proper travel documents for this trip including but not limited to passport books and visas. Every person entering the Mexico will need a valid passport book, including infants. Your passport book should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel. Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel.

Travel Insurance: Purchasing travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended to protect your investment. ALG TRAVEL PROTECTION PLUS PLANS CAN ONLY BE ADDED AT THE TIME OF INITIAL BOOKING.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $100 per room or the complete cost of Travel Protection Plus is due at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for any reason. Travel protection plans are non-refundable, non-transferable once purchased; this overrides the ALG contract terms for the protected traveler. If your reservation is submitted within 7 days of the final payment due date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Payments will not be processed until the reservation is confirmed, which is typically within 2-3 business days of submitting this form. If there is insufficient inventory to fulfill the reservation, the client will be contacted and the room will be requested from the resort. Please allow 3-5 business days for inventory to be confirmed by the resort.

In some cases, the resort will need to be contacted to address special circumstances. Examples include unlisted room category, price match requests and split stays. It may take 3-5 business days for the resort to address the request. If the resort approves the request, the lead guest will be contacted via email to review and approve the reservation prior to submitting the deposit.

Final Payment: Reservations are due in full on or before 09/21/2026. Any reservations not paid in full by this date are subject to cancellation and no refund will be issued. If you elect to book airport transportation by Yoni, payment will be collected upon arrival for that service.

Changes: All changes are subject to availability. Changes within 30 days of arrival may be denied by the Resort. Changes to a reservation are allowed until 09/21/2026 with no fee. Any changes after 09/21/2026 are subject to a $50 travel agency change fee per change in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties and are subject to prevailing rates. To make changes to your reservation, please email Luxury Travel Boutique at info@experienceluxetravel.com your reservation number and specify which changes you would like to make. All change requests must be made in writing via email.

Cancellations: Cancellations for any reason up until 09/21/2026 are subject to a $100 per room cancellation penalty. Cancellations for any reason after 09/21/2026 are subject to 100% penalty and reservations are fully non-refundable. If ALG Travel Protection Plus was purchased at the time of booking, the travel protection plan is non-refundable/non-transferable and refunds are subject to the terms of the travel protection plan policy. To cancel your reservation, please email Luxury Travel Boutique at info@experienceluxetravel.com with your reservation number. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.

Payment information submitted with this reservation is not kept on file. All payments require the authorized cardholder to complete a payment authorization form via secure payment link. Payments can not be accepted via email, phone or messaging systems.

Emergencies can happen when you least expect them. Luxury Travel Boutique, LLC highly
recommends that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their travel. Cancellation penalties for cancellation range from full deposit to no refund at all. Also, keep in mind that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country.

Travel insurance may protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances. Review plan policy for specific coverage details.

In order for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions, or for supplier default, your policy must be purchased at the time of booking or within the Time Sensitive Period (usually a few weeks after initial trip deposit).

Please understand that we are not registered insurance agents, and cannot legally provide
specific advice or information regarding insurance. We will gladly secure a quote for you, upon request, and if Luxury Travel Boutique, LLC does not, or is not legally able to secure coverage on your behalf, it is our strong recommendation that you purchase a policy on your own.

I acknowledge that Luxury Travel Boutique, LLC has recommended and offered travel insurance protection to me. Should I choose not to purchase such a policy, I accept all responsibility for declining to secure coverage.

By submitting payment for your reservation, you understand that you are responsible for abiding to current and future travel requirements for entry into the country you are visiting as well as home country which may include but are not limited to vaccination, testing, travel insurance, quarantine or forms. You are aware that failure or refusal to meet these requirements does not entitle you to a refund and/or additional compensation and cancellation terms outlined in your reservation will apply.
