LVHS will process your payment in 2 transactions to allow us to count a portion of this event's fundraising toward an opportunity to earn a matching grant!

Payment 1: Upon confirmation of your Order by LVHS staff, you will be charged a $25 partial payment per Oyster Roast ticket.

Payment 2: On November 2, 2026, you will be charged the $40 balance per Oyster Roast ticket and for any Raffle Tickets ordered.

I understand that I am responsible for the full payment amount regardless of transaction date and that no portion of the total ticket price will be refunded for cancellation at any time once my order is accepted. Tickets are transferable, however, to another attendee.

Ticket orders and payments are not final until they have been verified by LVHS and you receive a separate confirmation notice with ticket number(s). Orders will be processed by the date/time of submission and tickets are subject to sell out. If there are any issues, we will hold your order and contact you as soon as possible.
