Note that a minimum fee applies to units that are returned, even if no problems are found. This fee is $65.00 and is equal to one hour of labor. If problems are found and repaired, this fee will be absorbed into the first hour of labor.

Note that product returned for credit must be in unused, uninstalled condition and include all pieces and parts. Product must be less than 6 months old to be eligible for credit. A restocking fee of up to 25% can be assessed for the credit of returned goods.
