Registration Fee

I understand that there is a one-time registration fee of $50.00 for the 2026-2027 school year. I understand that this fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of registration to secure my child's seat. *

Payments

I understand that payment for shuttle services will be due each Friday before services are rendered. A $15 late fee will be applied for payments received after 8:00 AM on Monday.

Failure to make payment by 5:00 PM on Monday will result in suspension of services for the week until payment is received. *

Notice of Address Change

I understand that if the pick-up or drop-off address changes, notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper scheduling and avoid any delays in service.

Daily address changes are not permitted. *

Blank Trip Fee

I understand that a Blank Trip Fee in the amount of $15.00 will be charged if the student is not present for the scheduled pick-up or drop-off, and no prior notice of cancellation or absence is provided.

Notice Requirement: To avoid this fee, at least 24 hours' notice must be provided if the student will not be utilizing the shuttle service on a scheduled day. *
