Event Producer Membership Interest Form

  • To be considered for membership, Event Producers must provide the following:

    1) Valid Registered Business License in the state and location in which they conduct business

    2) Insurance coverage in the following type(s) and amounts:
    ☑ Comprehensive general liability, including participant legal liability with a limit of One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence and a Two Million and No/100 Dollar ($2,000,000.00) aggregate limit

    Supporting documentation, payment and signature of officer will be required upon acceptance of the agreement.
