"I worked as an Information processor (Data Entry) and Verification Specialist for a Verification company in the Philippines. Starting from 2011 to 2019 I worked for Telecommunications company as a customer service representative for Telstra, Telus, Boost and T-Mobile. I also worked for Sirus XM and OnStar as saves agent and activation specialist. I also excel in my job as a customer service representative and been promoted as a Subject Matter Expert, Coach, Supervisor and a Trainer.
I have decided to work as a freelancer from December of 2019 working as an appointment setter and leads generation for Student loan campaign and Real estate companies in Texas and New York which includes taking inbound sales calls and making outbound lead calls then convert calls and leads into qualified appointments. I also manage my client's their calendar with the said appointments closed and create specific contract related to sales."
