NAMI Florida’s Young Adult Support Group is a confidential peer-led support group for young adults (ages 18-25) concerned about their mental wellness. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences. You do not need to have a mental health condition to participate in this group.

Why come to Young Adult Support Group -
- Talk about stresses related to school and/or work after high school
- Gain strength in sharing symptoms and experiences to know you're not alone
- Find a safe space to share available resources
- Talk about social anxieties and how they impact your life
- Establish a sense of community of supporters and friends in the mental health social sphere

Meeting Information:
- 2nd Thursdays of each month
- 6 PM - 7:30 PM ET
