This form is ONLY for participation in the commencement ceremony. It is NOT an application for a degree or certificate. To apply for your degree or certificate, please fill out the 2025-26 Graduation Application on the Graduation page at www.centralia.edu.

Spring degrees/certificates will be recorded on transcripts and diplomas will be mailed by Aug. 21, 2026. If you need your degree sooner for work or transfer, please contact Enrollment Services at 360-623-8976.
