Share Your Announcement!
To make an announcement to the PTC membership via one of the PTC's or other electronic communications methods, please complete the form below. This form is automatically sent to the PTC Facebook/Webmaster (Jim Woods + Sarah Malcom), DirectorySpot coordinator (Diana Plating), Principal Mrs. Burnett, and School Administrative Assistant Jaclyn Ackerman. You should receive a confirmation e-mail with a copy of your submission. If you have any questions or find errors in your published announcement, please "Contact Us" on the AVPTC website.

Please allow at least 24-48 hours for your notice to be posted.
  • Note 1 - Website: The webmaster will publish your announcement to the "Latest News" page.

    Note 2 - Facebook: Announcement will be posted to the PTC Facebook page.

    Note 3 - Instagram: IF YOU PROVIDE A PICTURE WITH YOUR ANNOUNCEMENT, it will be posted to the PTC Instagram page.

    Note 4 - Mrs. Burnett's Weekly Ramp Newsletter: Deadline is Thursday at 9 P.M. each week.

    Note 5 - DirectorySpot E-Blast: Goes to every AV family that is in DirectorySpot. Use sparingly.

    Note 6 - Wider Arbor View Community: For activities and programs with community-wide interest, it can be shared through the various listed media. will reach any household that is on within the Arbor View boundary and a little bit beyond.
