Submit an Announcement
To make an announcement to the PTC membership via one of the electronic communications methods, please complete the form below. This form is automatically sent to the PTC Facebook/Webmaster (Jim Woods), the Ramp/E-Blast Chair (Katie Drnek), and the Secretary (Rachel Anderson), and is forwarded to Dr. Bruno as appropriate. If you have any questions or find errors in your published announcement, please "Contact Us" on the AVPTC website.

Please allow at least 24-48 hours for your notice to be posted.
  • Note 1 - PTC Website: The webmaster will publish your announcement to the "Latest News" page.

    Note 2 - Facebook: Announcement will be posted to the PTC Facebook page.

    Note 3 - Weekly What's Happening: Deadline is Wednesday of each week.

    Note 4 - Special E-Blast: Special circumstances only, at the discretion of Dr. Bruno.

    Note 5 - Ramp: Deadline is Wednesday before last Friday of the month.

    Note 6 - Wider Arbor View Community: As applicable, it can be shared through (any registered household within the new Arbor View boundaries and somewhat beyond) and/or Valley View's various e-communications (Monthly Newsletter, E-mail List, Facebook Page).
