PROMOTIONAL SIGNAGE
Each participating class will receive a printed sign prominently displayed at the base of their tree.
The sign will include the teacher name, school name, and a QR code for voting.
PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
By signing below, the participating teacher acknowledges understanding all contest terms and commits to:
DECORATION REQUIREMENTS
• Lucky Ladd Farms will provide one 12" foam pumpkin, participating class responsible for providing all other items to decorate the pumpkin
• Complete pumpkin decoration and deliver pumpkin to Lucky Ladd Farms for display on-or-before September 16, 2025, by 5;00 PM
TICKET DISTRIBUTION
• Teachers may pick-up tickets when delivering completed pumpkin. Teacher is responsible for distributing one complimentary fall season ticket per student. One ticket reserved for teacher. (Limit 40)
• Tickets are exclusively for participating students and the teacher. Tickets may not be sold under any circumstances.
OWNERSHIP AND LIABILITY
• Lucky Ladd Farms retains full ownership pumpkin
• Lucky Ladd Farms is not responsible for stolen/damaged decorations
MEDIA RELEASE
By participating in the Pumpkin Trail Contest, participating teachers, students, and schools grant Lucky Ladd Farms permission to photograph, video, and share images of submitted pumpkin displays and student work for promotional and educational purposes across our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials. No individual student identification will be included without separate written consent from parents/guardians.
PROFESSIONAL COURTESY
Please only enter if you can fulfill your commitment. This contest is limited to the first 30 teachers, and Lucky Ladd Farms invests $50 per pumpkin provided. To be fair to the farm and fellow educators, only sign up if you're 100% certain you can decorate and return your pumpkin as promised.
