GSPOA – Miracle Mile Survey II

The Miracle Mile Survey II, coordinated and administered by GSPOA, will engage residents from Moorings and Coquina Sands in a collective effort to gather community insights. The survey will be conducted throughout February 2026, with findings compiled and shared with all stakeholders during March and April.

  • Q3 Several new devleopments have taken place in the last 3 years along the 1.3 mile area from Doctor Pass to the new Four Seasons hotel.
