2026-27 FSAE At-Large Nominations

The FSAE Nominating Committee is currently recruiting eligible candidates for the positions of three (3) At-Large Directors and one (1) Associate At-Large Director.

Criteria for Executive and Associate Member Directors at Large Positions:
A minimum of two years of active engagement with the Society prior to nomination; and within the last five years having served on an FSAE or Foundation Committee, chaired an FSAE or Foundation Committee, or have served in an elected position on the FSAE Board of Directors.

Active engagement shall be defined as the following:
• is a current member in good standing and who has maintained FSAE membership for at least two of the last five years;
• attended at least two in-person FSAE events during the last five years; and
• attended at least one annual conference during the last five years.

Based on the FSAE Bylaws, there are no board seats available for the 2026-2027 FSAE Board for individuals from an association management company (AMC). If you are an AMC, you are encouraged to apply next year.

In accordance with FSAE Bylaws and Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised, members of the nominating committee are not barred from becoming nominees for office themselves.

3. What challenges and opportunities do you see for associations and for FSAE now and in the near future? How can you help FSAE innovate for member value versus just mitigating challenges should you be selected to serve in a Board position? (maximum of 150 words) *
4. What do you envision as the primary function of the position you are seeking and what skills, talent and experiences do you have that would most benefit the Society (and ultimately the membership) if elected to the position? (maximum of 150 words) *
