I am an authorized representative of the above named “Organization.” On behalf of the Organization, I agree that the Organization, shall indemnify, pay for the cost of defense and hold harmless the Town of Groton and all of its officers and personnel individually and collectively, from any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, proceedings, loss, costs, and damages of every kind and description, including attorney’s fees and/or litigation expenses, which may be brought or made against or incurred by the Town on account of loss of or damage to any property or for injuries or death of any one person, caused by, arising out of, or contributed to, by reasons of any act, omission, professional error, fault, mistake, or negligence of Organization in connection with any incident to or activities performed or conducted by said Organization or any of their invitees as a result presenting/demonstrating at the premises. The Town is not responsible for any loss of, damage to, theft, vandalism, destruction or disappearance of any equipment or belongings used or owned by said Organization or any of their invitees that is owned, rented or leased by said Organization or any of their invitees.
