By applying for and accepting a donated website from InternetWorld.ca Corp, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Limited Liability

InternetWorld.ca Corp, its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the donated website, including but not limited to:

Server outages or downtime.

Website errors, security breaches, or technical malfunctions.

Copyright disputes or legal claims arising from the organization's content, images, or materials.

Any financial, reputational, or operational losses incurred by the organization.

Hosting & Service Disclaimer

Free hosting is provided for 12 months, after which continued service is subject to review.

Server downtime or technical issues, though rare, fall outside our responsibility and are not grounds for claims against InternetWorld.ca Corp.

We reserve the right to discontinue hosting or services at any time, with or without notice, if deemed necessary.

Content Responsibility

The organization is fully responsible for all content published on the website.

InternetWorld.ca Corp does not review or verify content for copyright compliance, legal accuracy, or appropriateness.

Any legal disputes, takedown requests, or claims related to the website’s content must be handled by the organization.

Website Transfer & Ownership

The website's content belongs to the organization upon completion, but InternetWorld.ca Corp retains ownership of any licensed templates unless reimbursed for the cost.

A $95 migration fee applies if the organization wishes to transfer the website to an external host unless they handle the migration themselves.

If the organization does not purchase the template license, they must switch to an alternative or free theme.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

InternetWorld.ca Corp reserves the right to reject applications or terminate services at any time due to:

Misuse of the website (spam, illegal content, fraudulent activities, etc.).

Failure to comply with these terms.

Other discretionary reasons deemed necessary by InternetWorld.ca Corp.

By submitting an application and/or using the donated website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
