Seller Participation & Promotion
UPDATED FEBRUARY 2025: A $20 monthly marketing fee will be deducted from your account or payout. This fee covers marketing efforts such as Facebook ads, printed flyers, yard signs, and more.
While it's not required as it was in the past, I would appreciate sellers sharing the event throughout the month their items are included. It helps increase visibility and supports everyone involved.
LLPB Consignment Fee
Locals (Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie Counties): LLPB retains 30 percent of each sale.
Out-of-town sellers: LLPB retains 35 percent of each sale.
Consignment software calculates payouts after applying the seller percentage and the Month 2 and Month 3 discounts.

Mixed Brand Pick-Up Requirement
Mixed Brand items must be picked up during the designated pick-up month immediately following the event.
Items not collected during this time will be donated. No exceptions.
Authenticity
(Updated to include Mixed Brand language.)
All items must be authentic. Inspired designs are permitted, but no replicas, knockoffs, duplicates, or counterfeit items are allowed.
If an item is determined to be counterfeit or misrepresented:
It will be removed from inventory and forfeited
The seller may be permanently removed from future sales
The seller assumes full responsibility and agrees to hold LLPB harmless from claims, disputes, or legal action related to authenticity or misrepresentation
Three-Month Commitment
(Mixed Brand exception included.)
Month 1: Items are listed at tagged price
Month 2: Remaining items receive a 20 percent discount
Month 3: Remaining items receive a 30 percent discount
Tag prices include LLPB’s processing fee.
Mixed Brand Exception:
Mixed Brand items do not follow the three-month cycle. They must be picked up the month after the sale.
Simplified Fee Structure
The registration fee has been replaced with a $2 per item per month charge, deducted from payouts. This fee covers the seller portal, credit card machines, signage, and operational costs.
Item Tagging & Portal Use
LLPB enters all items into the portal and prices them based on what consistently sells in the boutique.
Sellers do not receive portal access. During the sale, the register operates in “register mode,” so item and account information is not visible to staff at checkout.
Pricing follows APS/Sunshine Sale standards:
Shifts typically price at $50–$60
Cotton dresses $40–$50
Shorts $25
Sellers are encouraged to watch the most recent Last Chance Live or visit the sale in person to understand current pricing.
Payments, W-9s & Taxes
Sales tax is collected and remitted on your behalf.
A W-9 form is required annually before any payout is issued.
Payouts are requested through the
Seller Hub on the website, processed the week after resale weekend, during the fourth month.
Payouts not requested within 90 days of eligibility will be donated to that month’s charity.
No early payouts or partial payouts are permitted.
Direct deposit is available with a $10 processing fee.
