LLPB SELLER INSTRUCTIONS (MIXED BRAND)
LLPB Mixed Brand Seller Agreement & Terms
LILLY LOVERS OF THE PALM BEACHES
Thank you for participating as a Mixed Brand seller with Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches (“LLPB”). Please review all terms carefully.
Submission of merchandise constitutes acceptance of this agreement, whether or not the digital form has been completed.
Seller Communication & Responsibility
All official seller communication must be directed to the boutique cell at 561-813-1441.
Email inboxes are not monitored for seller communication. Messages sent through Facebook, Instagram, other social media platforms, or personal phone numbers are not considered official seller communication.
Sellers are responsible for keeping track of their own sale, pickup period, payout eligibility, and applicable deadlines. LLPB does not send individual pickup or payout reminders.
Seller Participation & Marketing
A $20 monthly marketing fee will be deducted directly from the seller’s account or payout.
This fee helps support advertising, social media promotion, printed materials, signage, and other marketing expenses associated with bringing shoppers into the boutique.
Promotion is encouraged but not required. LLPB reserves the right to prioritize future seller approvals based on participation, cooperation, compliance with seller policies, and overall support of LLPB events.
Consignment Fee Structure
Local Sellers — Palm Beach County: LLPB retains 40% of each sale.
Out-of-Town Sellers — All Other Counties and States: LLPB retains 45% of each sale.
LLPB makes no guarantee that any individual item will sell or regarding total sales or payout amounts.
Pricing Authority
LLPB handles all item entry, evaluation, pricing, tagging, merchandising, and pricing adjustments.
Sellers do not receive access to the seller portal.
Pricing is based on current retail and sale pricing, resale demand, condition, brand, style, age, seasonal demand, and what has historically sold successfully at LLPB.
All pricing decisions are at the sole discretion of LLPB. LLPB may adjust pricing at any time based on market demand, sale performance, condition, boutique balance, or other merchandising considerations.
Submission of merchandise does not guarantee inclusion in a particular sale.
Mixed Brand Selling Period & Pickup
Mixed Brand merchandise participates in the designated Mixed Brand resale event only and does not participate in LLPB’s three-month Lilly-only consignment cycle.
Items may not be removed during the active selling period.
All unsold Mixed Brand merchandise must be picked up during the designated Open Week in the month immediately following the Mixed Brand sale.
For example, items participating in a September Mixed Brand sale must be picked up during the designated October Open Week.
LLPB does not send individual pickup reminders. Sellers are responsible for tracking their own pickup period.
Items not picked up during the designated pickup period will be considered abandoned and donated without exception.
LLPB cannot store merchandise beyond the designated pickup period. Once merchandise has been donated, it cannot be reclaimed.

Payouts are not automatic.
Sellers must request their payout through the Seller Hub once the applicable sale has ended, reconciliation is complete, and the payout becomes eligible.
No early or partial payouts will be issued.
A completed W-9 is required annually when required by LLPB’s tax and bookkeeping procedures.
Sellers have 90 days from payout eligibility to request a monetary payout.
If a payout is not requested within 90 days, the remaining eligible seller balance will automatically become in-store credit only and can no longer be requested as a cash, check, direct deposit, or other monetary payout.
LLPB does not send individual payout reminders.
Out-of-Town Sellers
Out-of-town payouts and return shipments are not automatic.
Eligible sellers must submit their payout request through the Seller Hub. Return packages are prepared and shipped in batches.
Please allow up to 14 days for processing and return shipment when applicable.
Once a return package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, LLPB is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, misdelivery, or damage in transit.
Oversized merchandise that was physically dropped off will not be mailed and must be picked up during the designated pickup period.
Risk of Loss, Errors & Payment Reversals

To the extent permitted by law, LLPB is not responsible for loss or damage caused by theft, shoplifting, fire, water, severe weather, natural disaster, vandalism, customer handling, accidental damage, power outage, or circumstances beyond LLPB’s reasonable control.
LLPB may adjust event, pickup, processing, return, or payout schedules when necessary because of hurricanes, emergencies, government closures, or other circumstances beyond LLPB’s reasonable control.
LLPB reserves the right to correct clerical, tagging, pricing, bookkeeping, software, payout, or other administrative errors.
Customer refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals involving consigned merchandise may result in an appropriate adjustment to the seller’s account or future earnings.
Authenticity & Ownership
Sellers represent that all merchandise is authentic, legally owned by them, and legally eligible for resale.
Counterfeit merchandise, replicas, knockoffs, stolen merchandise, or merchandise subject to an ownership dispute or third-party claim is prohibited.
To the extent permitted by law, sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lilly Lovers of the Palm Beaches from claims, damages, losses, or disputes resulting from a seller’s breach of these representations.
Seller Conduct
Sellers are expected to interact professionally and respectfully with LLPB staff, volunteers, customers, and other sellers.
Abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, intimidating, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
LLPB reserves the right to decline future seller applications or terminate a seller relationship for policy violations, inappropriate conduct, misrepresentation, repeated failure to follow seller procedures, or other legitimate operational concerns.
