Nonprofit Event Form
KPBS is excited to open its doors to local nonprofit organizations. Once per month we will waive the meeting space fee to a selected organization. By providing the space and resources, we hope to support the work of local organizations that are in alignment with KPBS’s mission, vision and values. We look forward to partnering with you!

  • Event Policies Acknowledgement


    • We understand availability is first-come, first-serve (limited to 12 per year).

    • Any qualifying client may not repeat in a year.

    • Events may only occur during regular business hours; no holidays or weekends.

    • Room and AV are provided at no cost:

      • Community Engagement Center

      • Jeannie Community Engagement Garden Patio

      • C. Vassiliadis Family Grand Lobby

      • (2) Handheld microphones, HDMI capabilities, access to TV screens, and built-in speakers



    • Client will pay for any parking arrangements and catering needs.

    • Event is considered KPBS sponsored and covered under KPBS insurance.

    • Ticket sales and collection are the sole responsibility of the client (KPBS will not fundraise).

    • Client is responsible for setup and teardown of event-specific items.

    • Client agrees to comply with all KPBS and campus policies.
