The Mary Martha Circle will once again be honoring mothers with a special bulletin insert on Mother's Day. To have a name listed, we are asking a $1.00 donation (or more) per name you wish to have listed in the bulletin. Please complete the form below no later than Monday, May 6th.

This year the money donated will go to the Adult and Teen Challenge Home of Hope for Women.

Checks should be made payable to Bethel UMC. You can also donate online through Bethel's Giving Portal and choose Mary Martha in the fund menu. The link will be provided on the confirmation page after submitting.
