Girl Scouts of Orange County welcomes the participation of all girl scouts and adults. We will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities, some medical conditions, and persons who speak or read English as a second language. Please fill out this form to request and initiate possible accommodations or support for your Girl Scout. 

We ask that you complete this form at least two weeks prior to your Girl Scout's scheduled participation. Once received, a member of our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility Team will contact you to learn more and discuss next steps.  Thank you for taking the time to complete and submit this request.  We look forward to visiting with you!
