Family-to-Family
education program since 1995. This is a national evidence-based course.

• Your name and the name of anyone attending with you. We remind you this class is designed specifically for family members and close friends and not the individual with the mental health condition. Classes are limited to adults 18+.
• An email address, mailing address, and phone number for follow-up.
• Your relationship to the individual (example, son, mother, friend, sibling, spouse, etc.). Feel free to include other information you feel would be helpful.
