Owner Agrees to the following rules as outlined in the Governing Documents:

A unit owner must complete a Guest/Visitor Application Form if he/she plans to have guests/visitors staying in the owner’s unit longer than a seven (7) day period when he/she is not present. No guests or visitors are permitted to have pets. A guest or visitor is any person occupying a unit owned by another when no financial interest is considered.

Family Guests - Immediate family in the absence of the owner for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days. The number of occasions for this type of guest occupancy shall be limited to four (4) times in any twelve (12) month period.

House Guests - Not meeting the immediate family requirement, are permitted for only one (1) family with no more than four (4) persons. in the unit owner’s absence. Such guests may stay only two (2) weeks and the number of occasions for this type of guest occupancy in any unit shall be limited to three (3) in any calendar year.

Pets. No pets of any kind are permitted in units when owner is not in residence.
