TUITION for 2021-22

Institute: $1,900 (on the payment plan=$190 a month)

Pathway: $1,600 (on the payment plan=$160 a month)

1. Payment plans will be established for all students (see Payment Plan section below), but payment in full may be made at any time by contacting KIDSTAGE.

2. Parent/Guardian and student are entering into a nine-month commitment to Village Theatre Institute/Pathway to Institute, and agree to pay the tuition specified in full, even if the student chooses to withdraw from the program before completion for any reason.

FINANCIAL AID

Please let us know if you will be requesting/using Financial Assistance. *Note: If you are applying for, or have been awarded Financial Aid for the 21/22 school year, your deposit is reduced to $100.00 and your tuition and payment plan will be adjusted according to your award.

DEPOSIT

In order to reserve a place in the Institute/Pathway program, a non-refundable deposit of $190.00 for Institute and $160.00 for Pathway is due by July 15th, 2021. This deposit is applied toward the tuition. (*Note: If you are applying for, or have been awarded Financial Aid for the 2021-22 school year, your deposit is reduced to $100.00).

PAYMENT PLAN

1. Monthly payments will be charged to the card used for the deposit unless other arrangements are made with KIDSTAGE staff.

2. Tuition payments of $190.00 per month for Institute and $160.00 per month for Pathway will be charged to the card on file on or after the FIFTEENTH (15th) day of each month during the Payment Plan Period.

3. The Payment Plan Period is September – May.

4. This is not a pay-as-you-go program. Full payment of the entire tuition is required regardless of student’s attendance during the year.

REFUNDS

1. The registration deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

2. Any tuition, less the non-refundable registration deposit, is refundable if the student cancels participation in program prior to September 3rd, 2021.

3. Students enrolled in Institute/Pathway who wish to withdraw after September 3rd, 2021 are obligated to pay the remainder of their tuition in full.
