Every REVERSE Student Leader will need to have a "vision" or "goal" for something they would like to help develop, grow, expand, or change in our ministry this coming year. This could be an event, experience, or an idea for our ministry.

Welcome Team: these student leaders will create a warm, fun, and inviting atmosphere at HSM for new and regular students. They will initiate conversations, greet and connect new people, and come up with creative ways to make everyone feel that they belong in the HSM family.

Outreach Team: these student leaders will develop new methods of ministry outreach both locally (students and the Pomona community) and globally.
