  • Contracting an outside vendor MUST done through the SEAL and Student Affairs staff. In most instances the contract utilized is the Regis University Performance Contract, developed by the Regis University Legal Counsel’s office. Payment will only be processed after contracts are fully executed and the appropriate I-9 form is secured. Students are NOT ABLE to sign contracts on behalf of the University.
