Request a Repair

Please use this form to report repairs and maintenance issues at your property. Give us as much information as possible and include photos or a short video where helpful. This will help us assess the problem and arrange the appropriate repair.

EMERGENCIES AND OUT-OF-HOURS REPAIRS

If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

If an emergency repair is needed outside our normal working hours and it cannot safely wait until the next working day, please call our out-of-hours emergency number on 07402 843578.

Where it is safe to do so, take sensible steps to prevent further damage, such as turning off the water supply in the event of a serious leak. Do not attempt anything that could put you or anyone else at risk.
