  • This helps us prioritise repairs fairly and deal with genuine emergencies as quickly as possible.

    IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EMERGENCIES

    If there is an immediate danger to life or property, take sensible steps to reduce risk and contact the relevant emergency service or utility provider first.

    This form should not be used where urgent action is required outside normal working hours.
  • If you have marked this repair as urgent, please note that we will prioritise attendance as quickly as possible. This may require a contractor to attend using management keys, without you being present.
  • Please include anything else that may be helpful, for example access issues, pets at the property, or anything unusual we should be aware of.
