The cost per student is $600, and I understand that this is due regardless if your student has to cancel and can't attend our camp

By checking this box below your club understands that the RYLA camp does not accept students that have already applied and attended the camp. If you do submit an applicant that has attended in a previous year your club will still be responsible for notifying that student that they can’t attend, and will still be responsible for the cost of the commitment.

By Checking this box below, your club understands that you’re responsible for helping the student secure transportation to and from the RYLA camp. Students are not allowed to drive themselves or have a vehicle at the camp.

I acknowledge that the District 6910 Rotary Youth Protection Policy recommends that when Rotarians are involved in transporting children to and from the RYLA camp; that 2 or more non-related adults be present at all times in the transportation process.
