Please note that, due to privacy concerns, the Prayer Request must be for only you, your spouse, or your minor children -- otherwise, you must have requested permission from the persons of concern to make the submission. You *must* request permission from adult family members (adult siblings, adult offspring, parents, grandparents, etc.), as well as friends for whom you are requesting prayers.
Permission to share a person's medical information cannot be assumed just because they have talked about it on social media (Facebook, etc.); you must have asked for and been given explicit permission to share it.
