Commercial Vendor Application- Food & Truck Fest
These fundraising events are managed by Miller Promotions, and benefit 501c3 She Deserves.

She Deserves is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides supportive business development programs to survivors of domestic abuse to empower women with the tools for economic independence and healing.

All commercial vendors are listed as sponsors for these events, their company logo will be listed on marketing material, and they are given PRIME spots or given the opportunity to choose their space. Please check in with the show manager when you arrive.

Payment and a completed application will secure the space for you. Set up information will be sent to your email on Wed. prior to the event that you are participating in.
  • Acceptance procedure: All exhibitors that have been accepted will be listed on our website

    All spaces are 1st come 1st served.
    A completed application with payment will secure the space. Miller Promotions cannot hold spaces. Miller Promotions is marketing and managing the the event that you are interested in participating in. All direct sales, and vendors that are not craft and art will be highlighted as local small businesses vendors. Only vendors not accepted will be contacted.

    Set up info: Set up time is 2 hours prior to the start of the event. Each exhibitor is responsible for his or her own space set up. All exhibitors must be equipped with their own dolly.

    Tear down info: Tear down time is 2 hours after the event ends. Any vendor packing up early will be banned from future events by Miller Promotions

    Important vendor details: Commercial vendors receive a 10x10 space. Commercial vendors are not permitted to step outside of their 10x10 space to approach attendees or solicit vendors. Annd commercial vendor that continues to do this after the 1st warning will be removed from the show and may be subject to banning for future shows.

    10x10 booth must set up in a “U” shape display at the Food Trucking to the Cove. Your booth will offer a 10’ frontage only. Customer cannot shop the back or sides of your booth. All other events offer space for customers to shop from the sides of your

    Vendors must have: Table covering for their table. Exhibitors renting spaces with electric will need an extension cord and a power surge cord if the exhibitor has a need for multiple plugs. The space does not include a table or chairs.

    A vendor may rent a table for $15 and cloth for $10
  • This application serves as a contract for exhibiting at the scheduled Food Truck Festival you have listed. Upon acceptance, vendors
    in the event will be held to the rules and guidelines listed in this contract. Please read carefully and retain a copy of the
    application/contract and conditions of the show for your record.

  • I understand that the show promoter, the mall management, and all of its agents are not responsible for lost, stolen, or
    damaged, merchandise of mine.
    • I have read the rules for participation on the event website
    • I understand that I am responsible for my own insurance and I should provide proof of insurance. Failure to secure
    insurance will make me liable for any claims or suits held against me by the customer or people attending the event. I
    accept these liabilities when participating in this show.

    General Release and Acceptance of Rules - This contract is for the Food Truck Festivals to which exhibitor applies or is accepted.

    I, the applicant, have read the “Rules of the Show” of this licensing application/contract and agree to abide by said conditions. In addition, I, the applicant, do expressly release the staff and owners of the Food Truckin to The Cove Morrison Cove Park, Chow and Browse Alameda Park, Pittsburgh Foodie Festival Pittsburgh Mills Parking Lot, Next to JCPenny's, W.T.F. at Sewickley Hills Great Room, Miller Promotions, She Deserves or it’s agents, of and from any and all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person, business or property which may arise from the licensing and occupation of the exhibit space by the applicant, and agree to hold and save Miller Promotions harmless of any damage, injury or loss by reason thereof. I understand that if this application/contract is not accepted, booth fees will be returned. If this application/contract is accepted, I give permission to use my name, business name, photos, item prices, and any photographs, videotape, or images taken of me or any items for any and all purposes. If accepted, I authorize my credit card listed above to be charged all fees.
