Thank you for choosing to be a vendor at the Sanford Sound Show-n-Shine!
- Cost is $75 per 10x20 spot.
- Vendors must provide their own equipment i.e. tents, tables, chairs, etc.
- All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the event
- No electricity or running water is available
- The event will run from 9 AM to 4 PM.
- Vendors set up begin at 7am-9am and breakdown is at 4 PM.
- Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition they found it (please do not leave trash!)
- As this is a family friendly event, please keep your interactions professional and materials appropriate. We reserve the right to censor any booth.
- Sanford Sound or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost/stolen/damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the event.
